Windy is a character that only appears in Nature. She lives in The Four Seasons Book and Steve and Blue help her put the things back in the right seasons.
She tells Steve that the autumn tree belongs in the season fall, the frozen pond belongs in winter, the flowers belong in spring and that butterflies are still caterpillars in the spring and don't turn into butterflies until summer.
