What Does Blue Want To Do At Her Party? is the first segment of the red disc of Blue's Birthday Adventure. It is the first part of the game alongside the second part.

A Sock
- Location: Bedroom near the Closet
- How to Find: To find the sock, you must click on Blue's slippers on her coat in the bedroom near the closet. She will put them away. When you click on the coat, Steve say's that we need something to hang the coat in the closet. you will need a coat hanger for this task. In easy mode it is located on top of the clothes drawer, on other modes it is next to the left side of the snack table in the living room near the kitchen. Click on the coat hanger to add it to your items and (after you return to the bedroom near the closet on other modes) drag the hanger to the coat. Blue will use the hanger to hang up her coat and reveal the sock underneath. All you have to do now is click on the sock.
- How to Draw: "To draw this sock, we have a line that curves around here, and makes an L-shape, and some lines for the toe and heel."
A Box with a Hole in it (also called A Box with a Hole cut out of it, A Box with a Hole, or simply A Box)
- Location: Outside near the Kitchen
- How to Find: It's located at the corner of the house. Just click on it.
- How to Draw: "This box is made of rectangles, with a rectangular hole inside here."
Curtains
- Location: Storybook Forest
- How to Find: It's located in Storybook Forest in the bedroom of the house. Baby Bear needs another balloon for her other balloons, either a dark blue one or a light blue one with blue spots. In easy mode they are both above the book leading back to the living room, while in other modes they are outside around the corner from the porch. Choose the correct balloon and give it to Baby Bear. Then she will move away unveiling the curtains. Now you just have to click on the curtains.
- How to Draw: "Curtains are draped to the side, like this, and this, with some folds."

The Mixed-Up Music activity is based on the scene from "Blue's Favorite Song" when the musical instruments mix up their sounds and had to get their music fixed.
If you play the the Flower Picking activity, the flower bouquet will appear on the party table after you figure out Blue's Clues.
The shoes and toys in the closet are positioned in the exact same way they were in "What Time Is It for Blue?".
When the sock was drawn, the footage for the first clue from Magenta Comes Over is used (See the gallery below).
When you click on the sock again after you add it as a clue, it will hop about until it jumps into the lower drawer of the clothes drawer.
When you click on the box with a hole in it again after you add it as a clue, the following changes will occur with each click:
- Dark blue and light blue paper streamers cover the middle of the box.
- Purple and blue serpentine streamers sprout from the lower corners of the box's hole.
- Dark blue and light blue balloons appear on the front top corners of the box.
