Tractor is a cardboard tractor who lives in Periwinkle's city model. He is best friends with Taxi. Tractor doesn't know much about the city, so Periwinkle is able to help him out. He is voiced by Kenny Kim who later voices Periwinkle in seasons 4 and 5.

Tractor is mostly orange. He has two white eyes with black pupils. He has a silver smokestack and four black wheels.
