His typical behavior is to ask for admin rights, then leave rude and insulting messages of an inappropriate sexual nature. In one instance, one of those messages was used as the reason why they should be given admin rights. I'll leave out the specific wording. "I'm [description of a sexual activity] right now so please make me an admin since I'm doing a good job with [that activity]". Another behavior is to just leave profanity on the message wall for several people. Many of these accounts are globally disabled as a result of his behavior and there are several records on Community Central of the accounts also being banned from the chat room. The edits here are a case of what I think is called "beyond crying wolf". It can take on two forms.

The first is that so many problems have been committed in the past that when someone finally does have something good to add, even if it's on a different wiki, it's well past the point of "here they go again, just ignore them" to "we don't even want to hear what they have to say" and they're blocked simply because they showed up again.

The second is, to put it bluntly, being a jerk on other wikis while pretending to be good on a different wiki so they will be trusted there. To extend the analogy, it would be going to a new village to gain their trust so that they can then start crying wolf in that new place.

This person fits both cases, which is why many wiki administrators provide warnings about him.

Alberte is the kind of person who is going to keep at it for a while, especially if people make a fuss about it. It may be annoying to see, but it's not really a big deal. This is pretty much "checklist" vandalism. He's done it so often that it's gotten so repetitive and can actually be condensed down to a checklist:

1. Inappropriate sexual messages.
2. Messages containing racial slurs.
3. Profanity and personal attacks.
4. Asking for admin and/or bureaucrat rights.
5. Asking for rights and including the above subjects in the request.
6. Asking for rights then leaving separate messages with above subjects on the same wiki.
7. Asking for rights then leaving separate messages with above subjects on other wikis.

It's like he's thinking to himself, "Okay, today I think I'll use #1, #3 and #6" or "I'll use two through four" or "why not, let's use the full boat". It’s not really a big deal or showing a lot of intelligence and imagination, but then again, a lot of vandals and trolls operate that way.

Based on the rangeblocks I've seen on a few wikis, the address he's editing from is changing and the latest rangeblocks are set quite wide, so narrowing it down to a specific city might be difficult.

For as much of a hassle as this has been, what I'm seeing is that it's become really repetitive. Same profanity and racial slurs over and over again. Same "make me an admin" messages over and over again. Same "let's see if I can make them mad" messages over and over again. The only vaguely new thing about this is that he seems to be getting upset that other people aren't getting upset by what he's doing.

As long as it bothers people, he has an audience and will keep at it. But I'm not bothered by it. I've seen this before. It's just words, and to me, a lot of them translate into "pay attention to me".
