The Viewer is a character (and the tritagonist) of the show that comes over to hang out with Steve/Joe and Blue. The viewer is really smart and is often asked by another character to help them out. They are really good at finding clues and figuring them out. The voice is done by various preschool students who are heard telling the answer to the characters onscreen. The fact that the viewer comes over a lot and helps Steve with any problem makes him so grateful to have the viewer as a friend. The character was made for the other characters to talk to often to make kids feel like they were really interacting with everyone on TV.
