Return of the Thinking Squad is the tenth episode of season four and the seventeenth episode overall in the reboot series Blue's Clues & You!. It is a new version of "Superfriends", and a sequel to "The Thinking Squad".
Summary[]
Everyone in Storybook World is playing superheroes again. This time, Cinnamon shows up as Villain Ice with the power to turn everything into ice! As the gang plays Blue's Clues to figure out how to stop Villain Ice from turning their world into ice, they also skidoo into Super City for some superhero fun!

- This episode serves as the sequel to The Thinking Squad.
- On September 11, 2023, when this show was pulled from Nickelodeon's lineup, this was the final episode to be broadcast.
- The Super Duper Notebook (which, yet again, references the British version of the original series) made a return in this episode, but it still had a red cape on the back of the notebook.
- Josh, Blue, Sidetable Drawer, Slippery Soap, Tickety Tock and the Viewer still have their superhero names like they and Steve did in Superfriends and The Thinking Squad.
- Cinnamon appears by himself without Paprika, but he doesn't appears again with her in the credits.
- Josh said, “With the Power to Help,” like Super Why himself did in Super Why!.
- This is the fourth time where pants were seen. The first three being What Does Blue Need? when Steve and Blue gave clean pants to Dresser and both Superfriends and The Thinking Squad when clothes with a shirt, pants and socks were drawn.
- This the fifth time where a globe was seen. - Josh and Blue skidooed into a comic book like they and Steve (Stripe Man) did in Superfriends and The Thinking Squad. And this is the first time where Tickety Tock (Clock Girl) and Slippery Soap (Super Soap) did skidoo even though they didn’t in Superfriends and The Thinking Squad.
- Tickety Tock skidooed with Josh like she did with Joe in Numbers Everywhere! when they did a jellybean story with the number 3 and saw the third clue on the number 0.
- This is the thirteenth time where someone skidooed with the host. - This is the second time where a snowball was seen. The first time being A Snowy Day when Blue wanted to build a snowman when Blue left three clues on a carrot, a hat, and a snowball.
- This is the fourth time where the sky was a clue. The first three being Nature, Our Neighborhood Festival, and Spring is Here!.
- This is the second time where the sky was the third clue with Nature being the first. However, in Our Neighborhood Festival, it was the first clue, and in Spring is Here!, it was the second clue. Also, in Spring is Here!, the sky was drawn with clouds, which were also drawn in What's That Sound?, Stormy Weather and Blue's Book Nook (clouds).
- This is the first episode of the reboot and the whole franchise to have a villain; though Cinnamon is only pretending to be the villain. There was never a true villain in the original series or in Blue's Room or in the first three seasons of the reboot.

- Villain Ice is a robot even though in Something To Do Blue, Periwinkle made a picture of a robot, in Contraptions!, Joe and Blue helped a robot named Gilda with different contraptions, in Dress Up Day, Joe dressed up as a robot at first, and in Blue's Predictions, Joe and Blue helped Paprika and Cinnamon figure out which robot will get to the bus and the red one with long legs did.
- The Thinking Squad (group) unmasked Villain Ice and asked who he really is like in Scooby-Doo when he, Fred, Daphne, Velma, and Shaggy unmasked ghosts, monsters and villains for 54 years since they too are people in costume trying to scare everyone else off.
- Cinnamon has frozen fruit pops even though there were orange juice pops in Blue's Surprise at Two O'Clock, orange juice pops was the answer to Blue’s Clues when Blue left three clues on orange juice, a popsicle stick, and an ice cube tray, and in The Snack Chart, Pail, Mrs. Pepper and Paprika liked juice pops.
