"Playdate with Magenta" is the second episode of Season 1 in the reboot series Blue's Clues & You!. It is a remake of "Magenta Comes Over."
Summary
Just like what happened 22 years ago, Blue's friend Magenta is coming over to the yellow house for a playdate! We play Blue's Clues to figure out what Blue wants to do when Magenta comes over. During our search for clues, we identify opposites and check out animal footprint with our friends Shovel & Pail.

Recap
Josh and Blue invite the viewers into the house. Then, Josh's Handy Dandy Notebook/Phone rings. Josh answers his phone, and it is Magenta on the other line, wanting to talk to Blue. Magenta says that she is coming over to Josh and Blue's house later on. Afterwards, Josh hangs up and then he and Blue cheer and dance while chanting "Magenta's coming over!" all the way through the Living Room. Josh and Blue had to get ready and figure out what they can do when Magenta comes over. Blue leaves a paw print on the screen. Then Josh says we could play another game of "Blue's Clues" to figure out what they can do when Magenta comes over. Then, Josh clears up the paw print needed to get his Notebook, and then, after the song plays, we start the game and we even find out what else we have in mind too.
