Lisa Valerie Kudrow (born July 30, 1963) is an American actress, comedian, writer, and producer who is best known for her role as Phoebe Buffay (aka Regina Phalange) in the classic 90's sitcom, Friends. She provided the a guest appearance on Blue's Clues as the voice of Baby Doctor in the Season 4 episode, The Baby's Here!.
