Dandelion Fairy is a puppy fairy who lives in the Wishing Woods. She is shown in the episode Blue's Wishes Come True where she mistakes her wand with Josh and Blue's wand.

She is a yellow puppy with rosy pink cheeks, a pink heart nose, a dandelion belly and fairy wings. She is shown to leave a rainbow trail when she flies.
