Blue Talks is the Blue's Clues VHS tape and DVD of the episode of the same name and features that and another episode from its 6th season. The DVD features two bonus characters episodes from Playtime with Periwinkle.

This is the last video to have the Nick Jr Celebrates... trailer (with Blue's Clues, Dora the Explorer, and Oswald) (It's also the very last Nick Jr. video to have that trailer, because starting in Dora The Explorer Super Silly Fiesta this trailer would be replaced into the trailer for this VHS & DVD, and it will no longer have Nick Jr Celebrates... trailer anymore, since it's almost gonna be discontinued for now.)

This was the first VHS/DVD to not have the 1998 Nick Jr. logo after the 1999 Nick Jr. Productions logo, instead the Nickelodeon Haypile logo comes after the Nick Jr. Productions logo.
This was the first VHS to have the Nick Jr. animal ID Bumper, but not the 1998 one, the new one from 2003, because starting with the next videos it will not have the Nick Jr. Kids Opening and Closing Bumpers anymore but the Frogs ID from 2003.
The Nick Jr. "Kids" intro and outro have been discontinued from now on, and it has been replaced by the following logos: Paramount Logo [2003] and Nick Jr. Frogs ID (opening), (closing): Nick Jr. Productions Logo [1999 Clay], Nickelodeon Haypile Logo and Paramount Logo [2003].
The trailer for this VHS & DVD had the music and singers in the Nick Jr. VHS Trailer (which was first shown in Playtime with Periwinkle).
This is the last video until Story Time with Blue to have episodes from a previous home media release.
