• When this game was released, it along with the VHS and DVD release of the same name came with details for a chance to win the "Blue Takes You to School Sweepstakes", where Blue would make a visit to the winner's school.
• The Nick Jr. Logo at the beginning of the game reads the copyright year "2002" instead of "2003".
• Periwinkle was voiced by Blue's voice actress in Blue's Room, Victoria Pontecorvo in this game.
• Just like the original Blue's Clues series, this game has Kevin replace Joe in the UK version.
