Trivia[]
- The VHS tape was released by Nickelodeon and Paramount Home Video on September 21, 1999.
- The previews from this VHS are the same as Blue's Big Pajama Party and Little Bear: "Little Goblin Bear" but on that VHS, The Rugrats Movie trailer was added before Rugrats VHS Trailer. In addition, the Ned's Newt VHS promo was added after the Peanuts VHS trailer.
- This is another time where the episodes on a VHS releases were not included as a bonus on other DVD releases. The other times being Story Time, Blue's Birthday, Blue's Big Treasure Hunt, Blue's Big Pajama Party, Blue's Safari, Magenta Comes Over, Stop, Look and Listen!, All Kinds of Signs, Blue's Pool Party, Telling Time with Blue, and Reading with Blue.
- The Face Says Goodbye In Different Feelings Faces promo was previously shown on the 1999 VHS release of Blue's Big Treasure Hunt. In addition, the final few seconds of this promo would later be shown during the beginning of the Nick Jr. "Kids" outro, beginning with Blue's Safari in 2000, except that the "Right here" is cut off, and he just says "See ya later, On Nick Jr." [trumpet fanfare and laughs].
- The Nick Jr. Dinosaurs ID Bumper at the beginning of this VHS has the audio of the Paper Bags Nick Jr. ID Bumper audio instead of the regular Dinosaurs ID audio.
- This is the second VHS to have back-to-back Blue's Clues episodes. The first was ABC's and 123's. This will happen again on the release of Playtime with Periwinkle.
- The Face Looks For Blue segment would later be seen on the 2001 VHS release of Blue's Clues: Blue's Big News Volume 2: The Baby's Here! and the 2003 VHS release of Blue's Clues: 100th Episode Celebration.
- The Face Makes Many Different Faces segment would be later seen on the 1996 VHS release of Allegra's Window: Allegra's Christmas and Gullah Gullah Island: Play Along with Binyah and Friends.
- The Face Makes Many Different Faces segment would be later seen on the 1997 VHS release of Little Bear: Family Tales and Little Bear: Winter Tales.
- The Face Makes Many Different Faces segment would be later seen on the 1998 VHS release of Gullah Gullah Island: Christmas and Gullah Gullah Island: Feelings.
- The Face Makes Many Different Faces segment would be later seen on the 1999 VHS release of Blue's Big Treasure Hunt.
- The Face Makes Many Different Faces segment would be later seen on the 2001 VHS release of Little Bear: Little Sherlock Bear and Little Bill: Big Little Bill.
- Just like in ABC's & 123's, this VHS contains two episodes from the second season, but one involves Experiments and the other involves Recycling.
- The closing logo used for this VHS is the Nickelodeon Saturn logo.
- That logo was usually used in "Coming Up Next" bumpers on Nickelodeon, as well as later credits for Nickelodeon GUTS.
- This is the only VHS release to have only a Nickelodeon logo at the end, as well as the 1st to have a 3D Nickelodeon logo.
- However, the Spanish-dubbed release uses the Nick Jr. Turtles logo. It also uses the original TV credits for "What Does Blue Want to Make Out of Recycled Things?", instead of the special VHS credits made for this home video.
- This is the first VHS to feature Steve on the cover (US version). He will appear on the cover again in Blue's Big Musical Movie (back cover) and Blue's First Holiday.
