Blue is hosting a costume party. Everyone is dressed up in all sorts of interesting costumes, but who is dressed up as what? We also skidoo into Boo's house and search for the mysterious Oogla Boogla. Later, everybody does the costume limbo, finding out just how low they go while dressed up in their costumes. and skidoo back home where Steve slip on a squeaky sound with a clue on it, but he couldn't get back home and he had to stay in a spooky house for a few minutes.

Trivia

The term Oogla Boogla was previously Blue mentioned in the Mailtime segment back in the first season episode Blue's Story Time.
Throughout this episode, Steve gets a spooky surprise whenever he opens his notebook.
Blue does not join in the singing of the mail song.
