Blue's Big Band is a Blue's Clues VHS tape and DVD featuring two episodes from its 5th season. The DVD release also features the same episodes from the 5th season and episodes from the VHS release of Rhythm and Blue as a bonus.

- The Nick Jr. Face segments on this VHS are the shorter versions of Face Sings the Blues and Face Sings Different Types of Music.
- After the Paramount Logo from [1986-2002], in the Nick Jr. Kids Opening and Closing Bumpers, Dora the Explorer scenes were added instead of Maurice Sendak's Little Bear scenes because the next videos might be released with Paramount Logo from [2003].
- The Face Sings Different Types of Music segment was previously seen on the 2002 VHS of Dora the Explorer: "Move to the Music".
- The previews from this VHS are the same as Dora the Explorer: "Map Adventures".
- This is the first VHS to have only Joe episodes in it.
- The slipcover has the Paramount 90th Anniversary Logo, but the sticker label itself has the regular Paramount logo instead.
- This VHS contains two episodes from the fifth season, one involving Rhythms and the other involving Bedtime.
- This is the last VHS to have Paramount bumpers, starting with 100th Episode Celebration, Paramount will stop using these bumpers.
- The only Paramount bumper in this VHS is "Coming to Videocassette and DVD".
- This is the third VHS to only have one Paramount bumper, the others were in Blue's Big Treasure Hunt and Telling Time With Blue.
- In the Nick Jr. Kids Opening and Closing Bumpers, the Little Bear scenes were replaced by the Dora the Explorer scenes, although the 2003 VHS releases of Blue's Clues: "100th Episode Celebration" and Little Bear: "Feel Better Little Bear" have the Little Bear scenes in the Nick Jr. Kids Opening and Closing Bumpers.
